A highly meaningful project transcreating for Heep Hong Express, the newsletter of Heep Hong Society, a Hong Kong-based NGO that serves children with special educational needs (SEN) and their families. The newsletter featured Heep Hong’s diverse initiatives aimed at enhancing the social communication and adaptation of SEN children, as well as an SEN Kit for parents. Our job was to ensure their meticulously developed programs and thoughtfully crafted guidance remained accessible while maintaining the empathetic tone vital for the organization’s community outreach.
